摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮碘添加水平对五龙鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、养分利用率及氮代谢的影响,以确定五龙鹅饲粮中适宜的碘添加水平。选择4周龄健康五龙鹅360只,随机分成6组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂不添加碘的基础饲粮;试验组(Ⅱ~Ⅵ组)分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.15、0.30、0.60、1.20、2.40 mg/kg碘的试验饲粮。试验期12周。结果表明:Ⅲ组的平均日增重显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组(P<0.05或P<0.01),Ⅲ组的平均日采食量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的料重比显著或极显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2)Ⅲ组的屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率均极显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),Ⅲ组的胸肌率显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组(P <0. 05),Ⅲ组的腿肌率显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组(P<0.05或P<0.01),Ⅳ组的腹脂率显著或极显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3)Ⅲ组的粗蛋白质利用率显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组(P <0.05或P <0.01),Ⅲ组的粗脂肪、粗灰分利用率均显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组(P<0.05或P<0.01),Ⅲ组的钙利用率显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅵ组(P<0.05或P<0.01),Ⅲ组的磷利用率显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组(P<0.05或P<0.01),Ⅲ组的中性洗涤纤维利用率显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的酸性洗涤纤维利用率显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。4)Ⅲ组的沉积氮和沉积效率均显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此可见,饲粮中添加碘可提高五龙鹅生长性能、屠宰性能和养分利用率,5~16周龄五龙鹅饲粮中碘的适宜添加水平为0.30 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary iodine supplemental level on growth performance,slaughter performance,nutrient utilization and nutrient utilization of Wulong geese,and to determine the suitable dietary iodine supplemental level of Wulong geese.A total of 360 four-weeks-old healthy Wulong geese were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 geese per replicate.Geese in group Ⅰ(control group)were fed a basal diet without iodine supplementation,and the others in the experimental groups(groupsⅡ to Ⅵ)were fed experimental diets supplemented with 0.15,0.30,0.60,1.20 and 2.40 mg/kg iodine,respectively.The experiment lasted for 12 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the average daily feed intake of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ and Ⅵ(P<0.05),the feed to gain ratio of group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅴ(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2)the dressing percentage,percentage of half-eviscerated yield,percentage of eviscerated yield of groupⅢwere significantly higher than those of groupⅠ(P<0.01),the percentage of breast muscle of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,Ⅳ,Ⅳ and Ⅵ(P<0.05),the percentage of leg muscle of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the percentage of abdominal fat of group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅵ(P<0.05 or P<0.01).3)The crude protein utilization of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the ether extract and crude ash utilizations of group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of groupsⅠ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the calcium utilization of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ and Ⅵ(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the phosphorus utilization of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than t
