摘 要:本试验旨在研究过瘤胃赖氨酸(RPLys)对奶牛瘤胃微生物蛋白(MCP)产量、产奶性能和氮排泄的影响。选取年龄、体重、胎次、产奶量、乳成分及泌乳期[(90±15) d]相近且体况良好的荷斯坦奶牛40头,随机分为4组,每组10头。对照组、试验1组、试验2组和试验3组饲粮中分别添加0、25、30和35 g/(d·头)的RPLys。预试期15 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)试验1组、试验2组、试验3组的瘤胃MCP产量分别比对照组提高了5.34%(P<0.05)、14.76%(P<0.01)、10.06%(P<0. 01)。2)试验1组、试验2组、试验3组的产奶量分别比对照组提高了5.34%(P<0.05)、9.30%(P<0.01)、6.69%(P<0. 05);在乳蛋白率方面,试验2组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验3组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)试验1组、试验2组、试验3组的氮总排出量分别比对照组降低了5.70%(P<0.01)、9.98%(P<0.01)、7.87%(P<0.01)。由此可知,奶牛饲粮中添加RPLys可以提高奶牛瘤胃MCP产量,降低奶牛氮总排出量,提高奶牛的产奶性能。综合考虑上述指标,在本试验条件下,奶牛饲粮中RPLys的最适添加量为30 g/(d·头)。This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of rumen-protected lysine(RPLys)on microbial protein(MCP)production,milk performance and nitrogen excretion of dairy cows.Forty healthy Holstein lactating cows with similar age,body weight,parity,milk yield,milk composition and lactation period[(90±15)d]were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 cows per group.The supplement level of RPLys in control group and test groups 1,2 and 3 was 0,25,30 and 35 g/(d·head),respectively.The pretest lasted for 15 d,and the test lasted for 60 d.The results showed as follows:1)ruminal MCP production in test groups 1,2 and 3 was increased by 5.34%(P<0.05),14.76%(P<0.01)and 10.06%(P<0.01)compared with control group,respectively.2)Milk yield in test groups 1,2 and 3 was increased by 5.70%(P<0.05),9.98%(P<0.01)and 7.87%(P<0.05)compared with control group,respectively;milk protein percentage in test group 2 was extremely significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and it in test group 3 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).3)Nitrogen total excretion in test groups 1,2 and 3 was reduced by 5.70%(P<0.01),9.98%(P<0.01)and 7.87%compared with control group,respectively.It can be seen that the addition of RPLys to diets can increase ruminal MCP production,decrease the nitrogen excretion,and improve the milk performance of dairy cows.Under the present experimental conditions,the optimal supplemental level of RPLys in the diet of dairy cows is 30 g/(d·head)based on comprehensive consideration of above indexes.
