摘  要:本试验旨在测定貉对5种常用动物性蛋白质饲料中粗蛋白质的消化率及有效能值。选取体重相近的健康公、母貉各30只,随机分为6组,每组10只(公母各占1/2),每个重复1只,单笼舍饲。6组貉分别饲喂基础饲粮和以20%(鱼粉、鸡肉粉或肉骨粉)或15%(血粉或酶解羽毛粉)待测饲料替代基础饲粮组成的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期5 d。结果显示:公、母貉对上述5种动物性蛋白质饲料中干物质、有机物质和粗蛋白质的消化率及消化能和代谢能均无显著差异(P>0.05)。貉对鱼粉、肉骨粉、鸡肉粉、血粉和酶解羽毛粉的消化能分别为17.30、12.60、17.09、20.27和18.84 M J/kg,代谢能分别为13.94、10.38、14.44、16.05和15.10 M J/kg,粗蛋白质消化率分别为94.8%、80.7%、81.0%、92.6%和87.5%。由此得出,作为蛋白质饲料资源,貉对鱼粉中粗蛋白质的消化率最高,其次为血粉和酶解羽毛粉,对鸡肉粉和肉骨粉中粗蛋白质的消化率较低。In this experiment,the digestibility of crude protein(CP)and effective energy values in 5 animal protein feeds were determined for raccoon dogs.A total of 60 raccoon dogs(30 males and 30 females)with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups,and each group contained 10 replicates(5 males and 5 females)with 1 raccoon dog as 1 replicate.The experimental diets were formulated with 15%(enzyme hydrolyzed feather meal or blood meal)or 20%(fish meal,meat and bone meal or chicken meat meal)of tested feeds replacing basal diet.The faces and urine were collected for 5 days after 7-day adaptation.The results showed that there were no significant differences between male and female raccoon dogs in the digestibility of dry matter,organic matter and CP,as well as digestible energy(DE)and metabolizable energy(ME)in all animal protein feeds(P >0.05).The DE and ME of fish meal,meat and bone meal,chicken meat meal,blood meal and enzyme hydrolyzed feather meal for raccoon dogs were 17.30 and 13.94 MJ/kg,12.60 and 10.38 MJ/kg,17.09 and 14.44 MJ/kg,20.27 and 16.05 MJ/kg,18.84 and 15.10 MJ/kg,respectively,and the apparent digestibility of CP in the above 5 ingredients were 94.8%,80.7%,81.0%,92.6%and 87.5%,respectively.These results suggested that as the protein feed sources for raccoon dogs,fish meal has the highest CP digestibility,followed by blood meal and enzyme hydrolyzed feather meal,and chicken meat meal and meat and bone meal have the lower CP digestibility.
