摘　　要：丝绸之路文化作为中华文化及世界文化体系中的重要组成部分,在历史演进中逐步形成了独具特色的辉煌形象。如今,在"一带一路"倡议背景下,丝绸之路研究成果为我们全景式观察中国境内丝绸之路文化提供了有益参考,特别是在传统丝绸之路文化研究基础上有机融合现代丝绸之路政治、经济、法律、文化等元素,对于丰富学界的理论研究和促进丝绸之路文化传播的实践探索具有重要作用。As an important part of the Chinese culture and the world culture system,the Silk Road culture has gradually formed its unique brilliance and common memory in the course of historical evolution.Nowadays,under the background of "the Belt and Road" initiative,the results of the research on the Silk Road provide a useful reference for the panoramic observation of the Silk Road culture in China.On the basis of the research about the culture of the traditional Silk Road,the integration of the elements of politics,economy,law and culture of the modern Silk Road has important effects on enriching the research of academic theory as well as promoting the spread the cultural diffusion of the Silk Road.
