摘　　要：目的:探讨电离子手术联合干扰素和转移因子治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:收治尖锐湿疣患者96例,在电离子手术祛除疣体后,随机分为A组和B组,每组各48例。A组采用干扰素局部注射治疗,B组采用干扰素局部注射联合口服转移因子治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组治疗总有效率明显高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:电离子手术联合干扰素和转移因子治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the efficacy of iontophoresis combined with interferon and transfer factor in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods:96 patients with condyloma acuminatum were selected,ther were randomly divided into the A group and the B group after removal of the warts by iontophoresis surgery,the A group was treated with interferon local injection and the B group was treated with interferon local injection combined with oral transfer factor,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the B group was significantly higher than that of the A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of iontophoresis combined with interferon and transfer factor in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum was significant.
