服务型社区实体书店建设的必要性与可行性研究

摘　　要：共享经济迅速发展,实体书店的发展迎来新的契机。服务型社区实体书店由于地缘接近性更有其发展前景。服务型社区实体书店建设的利益驱动主要有政策扶持、技术支持与读者、出版社、图书馆多方获利,服务型社区实体书店建设的必要性则体现在与政府转型息息相关、节约型社会的应有之义、"农家书屋"盘活运营新招、共享的诉求四个方面。With the rapid development of shared economy,the development of entity bookstores has ushered in a new opportunity.The service oriented community entity bookstore has the development prospect because of the geopolitical proximity.The interest drive of service oriented community entity bookstore includes three aspects,namely the supported policy,technical support and the readers,publishing houses and libraries can make lots of profit.The necessity of the construction includes four aspects,which are closely related to the transformation of the government,the meaning of the saving society,the‘Farm Book House’invigorates the new operation,the appeals of sharing economy.
