社会认知交互训练对精神分裂症患者阴性症状及康复疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的观察社会认知交互训练对精神分裂症患者阴性症状及康复疗效的影响。方法将60例精神分裂症患者按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组接受抗精神病药物治疗和精神科常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受社会认知交互训练。结果干预结束一个月末观察组阴性症状量表总评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),尤以情感平淡或迟钝、意志减退、兴趣或社交障碍分量表得分下降明显;住院患者康复疗效量表总评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),以工疗情况、社交能力、关心和兴趣分量表得分下降显著。结论社会认知交互训练能改善住院精神分裂症患者的阴性症状,提高患者康复疗效。Objective To observe the effect of social function interaction training on negative symptoms and rehabilitation effect for schizophrenia.Method Divide 60 cases of schizophrenia into observation group and control group equally by random number table.Patients in control group receive antipsychotic treatment and routine nursing care from psychiatric department.Patients in observation group receive social function interaction training based on the items of control group.Result The total score on negative symptoms scale is obviously lower in observation group than in control group one month after intervention finishes(P<0.01),in which score on scales of apathy or dullness,abulia,interest and social disorder reduces the most.The total score on rehabilitation effect scale for inpatients is obviously lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.01),in which scores on occupational therapy situation,sociability,caring or interest reduce obviously.Conclusion Social function interaction training can relieve negative symptoms and improve rehabilitation effect for inpatients with schizophrenia.
