摘　　要：党的十九大报告指出,目前,我国经济发展已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。为适应这种变化,必须逐步消除不平衡、不充分发展状态从而实现平衡充分的发展。中央经济工作会议和中共湖北省委十一届三次会议都强调,要牢牢把握高质量发展这个根本要求。湖北省为实现高质量发展,必须坚持创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展和共享发展。The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the economic development of China has changed from the stage of high speed growth to the stage of high quality development. In order to adapt to this change, we must gradually eliminate the imbalanced and insufficient development to achieve balanced and sufficient development. Both the Central Economic work Conference and the third meeting of the 11th Hubei Provincial Party Committee stressed that the fundamental requirement of high quality development should be firmly grasped. In order to achieve high quality development, innovation development, coordinated development, green development, open development and shared development must be implemented in Hubei Province.
