摘  要:以甲基环硅氧烷为原料,小分子羟基硅油为封端剂,在氢氧化钾碱胶的催化下聚合,制备107胶.通过核磁、凝胶渗透色谱等对产物进行了表征.结果表明,小分子羟基硅油作为封端剂,可有效避免水作为封端剂,在高温下易汽化的问题.107 adhesive was prepared successfully with dimethylcyclotrisiloxane as the raw material,small molecule hydroxyl silicone oil as the blocking agent and potassium hydroxide gel as the catalyst.The structure of the product was characterized by H 1-NMR and IR spectrum.The results indicated that taking small molecule hydroxyl silicone oil as the blocking agent could effectively avoid the vaporization problem of water as the blocking agent at high temperature.
