摘　　要：通过空间插值方法对深圳市网格基准地价标准进行快速更新,对克里金插值结果进行拟合分析,得出基于空间插值的地价更新方法符合地价更新的准确性要求,能够较快速地更新地价标准,具有较好的应用前景。In order to achieve the rapid and effective updating of the land price standard,we used the spatial interpolation method to rapid update the Shenzhen grid land price standard,and analyzed the Kriging interpolation results in this paper.The results show that this land price updating method can meet the accuracy requirements of the land price updating,update the land price standards more quickly,and have good application prospects.
