摘 要:针对中冷器集气壳出口处流场的不均匀性,提出内部加装导流板的改进方法,并借助Fluent软件对带有导流板的中冷器集气壳内流体流场进行数值模拟计算,以结果为凭借判断壳内导流板对气流流动特性的改善效果。结果表明,在气壳内部加装一定数量的导流板能较为明显地改善气壳内流体的流动特性。Aiming at the inhomogeneity of the flow field at the outlet of the collecting shell,several improving methods of adding enclosed guide surface for the collecting shell are proposed.Applying commercial software Fluent,the numerical simulation of flow in a gas collecting shells has been completed.And on the basis of results,the improvement effect of the guide plate in the shell on the airflow characteristics is judged.The results show that the flow characteristics of the fluid in the gas shell can be improved obviously by adding a certain number of deflector plates inside the gas shell.
