摘  要:在摆线齿轮泵中,其磨损率尤为显著。本文通过摆线齿轮泵的转子结构原理来推导出在无流体动力效应情况下的赫兹接触应力公式,并且通过有限元对其进行赫兹接触应力分析以验证公式的有效性;文中通过转子接触点的滑动速率与赫兹接触应力推算出齿轮泵的磨损率比例因子;再基于遗传算法来优化齿轮泵的磨损率,使磨损率比例因子达到最小值,迭代之后的齿廓参数便是最优解。Wear rate is particularly significant in cycloid gear pump.This paper derived the formula about Herts contact stress in the case of the absence of hydrodynamic effects,and the formula would be verified by the FE analysis;the paper deduced the gear pump wear rate scale factor based on sliding velocity in contact point and Herts contact stress.Then optimize the wear rate of the gear pump based on genetic algorithm in order to reach the minimum.The results showed that the wear rate scale factor would be relatively reduced.Tooth profile parameters after iteration is the optimal solution.
