摘　　要：2018年中国农产品市场整体平稳运行,市场供给在结构调整中稳步增长,消费低位增长,贸易活跃,进口量继续增加,农产品价格整体上涨,蔬菜、猪肉等价格波动较大。展望未来,随着农业供给侧结构性改革继续推进,中国农业生产将稳健增长,农产品供给结构继续优化。农产品消费升级加快,贸易保持活跃,预计2019年农产品市场总体平稳运行,不排除部分品种价格波动较大。In 2018,China's agricultural products market as a whole progressed steadily,and market supply increased constantly during the restructuring period.Consumption experienced slight growth,trade kept actively growing,and imports continued increasing.Agricultural products prices have risen on the whole,while the prices of vegetables and pork have fluctuated widely.Looking to the future,with the acceleration of deepening agricultural supply-side structural reform,domestic agricultural production will keep constant growth,supply structure will continued to be optimized,agricultural consumption upgrade will accelerated,and trade will keep active growing.For 2019,the overall agricultural products market will continued to progress steadily.Nevertheless,some commodities prices will experience widely fluctuation.
