灌洗术治疗慢性骨髓炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究灌洗术治疗慢性骨髓炎的临床疗效。方法选择2016年5月～2017年5月来我院就诊的慢性骨髓炎患者62例。按照随机数字表法分成常规组和实验组,各31例。常规组给予患者基础治疗,实验组在此基础上给予灌洗持续负压吸引术进行治疗。比较分析两组患者的伤口愈合优良率、住院时间、疾病复发率及并发症发生率。结果实验组的伤口愈合优良率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.2857,P=0.0003);实验组的疾病复发率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.4386,P=0.0197);实验组的住院时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.3229,P=0.0000)。实验组的并发症发生率与常规组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.0164,P=0.3134)。结论慢性骨髓炎患者应用灌洗术治疗的治疗优良率高,可以有效缩短伤口愈合时间,且疾病复发率较低,利于提升术后生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lavage in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with chronic osteomyelitis who were admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into conventional group and experimental group,with 31 cases in each group.The conventional group was given basic treatment,and the experimental group was given lavage and continuous vacuum aspiration for treatment.The excellent rate of wound healing,hospitalization time,disease recurrence rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of wound healing in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=13.2857,P=0.0003).The disease recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.4386,P=0.0197).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.3229,P=0.0000).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the experimental group and the conventional group(χ2=1.0164,P=0.3134).Conclusion The treatment of lavage in patients with chronic osteomyelitis has high treatment excellent rate,which can effectively shorten the wound healing time,with low disease recurrence rate,and is conducive to improving the quality of life after surgery.
