超声对溃疡性结肠炎和结肠癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声对溃疡性结肠炎和结肠癌的诊断价值。方法选择2017年3月～2018年3月在我院住院治疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者30例作为研究对象,另选择同期住院择期手术的结肠癌患者30例作为对照,观察患者的超声声像图特征和肠壁厚度、RI情况。结果溃疡性结肠炎患者的超声声像图肠间积液明显多余结肠癌患者,但结肠癌患者的超声声像图与溃疡性结肠炎比较,肠壁厚度≥1.2 cm比率明显较多,正常结构消失比率明显较多,肠间淋巴结肿大比率明显较多,假肾征比率明显较多。溃疡性结肠炎肠壁厚度(4.81±0.60)mm。溃疡性结肠炎RI(0.65±0.04)。结肠癌肠壁厚度(6.51±0.70)mm。结肠癌RI(0.78±0.09)。结论对溃疡性结肠炎和结肠癌的诊断应用超声检查可以提高诊断的准确率,具有重要的价值,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound for ulcerative colitis and colon cancer.Methods Thirty patients with ulcerative colitis who were hospitalized in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects.Another 30 patients with colon cancer who underwent elective surgery in the same period were selected as controls to observe the sonographic features,intestinal wall thickness,and RI condition.Results Ultrasound results showed that the intestinal effusion of patients with ulcerative colitis was significantly more than that in colon cancer patients,but compared with the ulcerative colitis patients,in the colon cancer patients,the proportion of intestinal wall thickness≥1.2 cm was significantly higher,the proportion of normal structure disappearance was significantly higher,the proportion of intestinal lymph node enlargement was significantly higher,and the proportion of pseudo-kidney sign was significantly higher.The thickness of the intestinal wall in patients with ulcerative colitis was(4.81±0.60)mm.The RI of patients with ulcerative colitis was(0.65±0.04).The intestinal wall thickness of patients with colon cancer was(6.51±0.70)mm.The RI of colon cancer patients was(0.78±0.09).Conclusion The application of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis and colon cancer can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and has important value,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
