右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼在HPV病变患者子宫切除手术中的麻醉效果及对患者术后清醒时间的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼在HPV病变患者子宫切除手术中的麻醉效果及对患者术后清醒时间的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月我院收治的80例HPV病变患者,将其平均分为两组,对照组采用舒芬太尼进行镇痛,研究组采用右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼进行镇痛。比较两组患者苏醒后的临床指标及不良反应的发生率。结果通过对两组患者术后苏醒期临床指标进行对比分析,研究组患者的镇痛评分、出血量、24 h按压次数、镇静评分、苏醒时间、气管拔管时间等明显优于对照组(P<0.05);通过对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比,两组患者在接受治疗后均有明显改善(P<0.05),研究组患者治疗后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在HPV病变患者子宫切除手术中,采用右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼对患者进行麻醉,可以提高治疗效果、镇痛以及镇静效果,降低不良反应的发生率,同时还可以缩短患者术后的苏醒时间,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in hysterectomy for the patients with HPV(Human Papillomavirus)lesions and its effect on postoperative awakening time.Methods 80 patients with HPV lesions who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups evenly.The control group was given sufentanil for analgesia.The study group was given dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil for analgesia.The clinical indicators and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after awakening.Results By comparing the clinical indicators of the two groups of patients after surgery during awakening,the analgesic score,amount of blood loss,number of 24h presses,sedation score,awakening time,and tracheal extubation time were all significantly better in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05);by comparing the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients,both groups of patients were significantly improved after receiving treatment(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions after treatment in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In hysterectomy for patients with HPV lesions,dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil for anesthesia can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the effects of analgesia and sedation,and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions.At the same time,it can also shorten the awakening time after surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
