摘 要:目的了解我院门诊患者对药品说明书的关注情况及药学服务的需求,为优化药学服务提供依据。方法于2018年3月至6月在我院门诊取药的患者中,随机发放问卷1 000份,调查内容包括3部分:患者基本情况、对说明书的关注情况、用药交代的需求。结果患者对说明书的关注度偏低,但已认识到其重要性;遇到用药问题患者首选听取医生的用药指导,其次是看说明书,但说明书存在专业术语多、重点不突出等问题,而很少咨询药师。结论药师需要找出药品说明书的重点,解读专业术语的难点,满足患者对互联网+药学服务的需求。Objective To investigate the attention about drug labels among outpatients in our hospital and their needs for pharmaceutical services,so as to provide evidence for optimizing pharmaceutical services.Methods A total of 1 000 questionnaires were randomly assigned to the outpatients who visited our hospital for medications between March and June,2018.The survey focused on three parts:general information of the patient,attention to the drug label,and the need for medication advices.Results The patients showed low attention,but agreed on the importance of drug labels.When encountering problems about the medication,doctors′guidance was the most preferable solution,followed by reading the drug labels.The patients reported multiple difficulties when reading the drug labels,such as technical jargons and what′s the point,but they seldom consulted a pharmacist.Conclusion Pharmacists need to find out the key points of the drug lables,interpret the difficult terminology,so as to meet the patient need for pharmaceutical services in the era of internet plus.
