女性骨质疏松症易患性认知状况及相关行为调查分析

摘　　要：背景:妇女常缺乏对骨质疏松症的了解,导致一些错误的生活方式和习惯,这可能加快了骨质疏松症的发展。目的:横断面调查社区围绝经期妇女对骨质疏松症的认知状况及相关行为。方法:2016年4月至8月对本市5个相邻社区进行便利抽取,最终确定220名年龄>40岁妇女作为调查对象,调查妇女对骨质疏松症的认知和日常行为。结果:大多数(52.7%)的围绝经期妇女对骨质疏松症的相关知识和危险因素了解甚少,并且有超过三分之二的女性(69.1%)存在不良饮食行为,如饮食中含钙量低以及食用抑制机体钙吸收的食物和饮料。Pearson相关分析结果示,调查对象的骨质疏松相关知识水平与教育水平、家庭收入和饮食行为呈显著正相关性(r=0.49、0.21、0.33, P均<0.05)。结论:围绝经期妇女需提高对骨质疏松症的认识,特别是饮食中的危险因素,养成预防骨质疏松症的行为习惯。Background: Women often lack the knowledge of osteoporosis,which leads to some wrong lifestyles and habits that may accelerate the development of osteoporosis. Objective: To assess the osteoporosis knowledge and related behavior of perimeno- pausal women in communities by cross sectional study. Methods: From April to August 2016, a total of 220 women aging more than 40 years in 5 adjacent communities in our city were enrolled. They were investigated with self-designed questionnaire about nutri-tional knowledge and behaviors related to osteoporosis. Results: Most of perimenopausal women (52.7%) had poor knowledge about osteoporosis and risk factors of osteoporosis. More than two thirds of women (69.1%) had bad dietary behavior such as low consumption of food containing calcium and high consumption of food and drinks that inhibited calcium absorption. Pearson corre-lation analysis showed that the knowledge about osteoporosis was positively related to education level, family income and dietary behaviors (r=0.49,0.21 and 0.33 respectively, all P<0.05). Conclusions: Perimenopausal women should improve their understand-ing of the impact of osteoporosis, especially dietary risk factors, and develop preventive habits for osteoporosis.
