摘　　要：为加强煤矿安全生产管理,金家渠煤矿以智慧矿山建设为依托,不断强化煤矿安全文化建设,总结提炼"1345"安全管控模式,"1"是围绕煤矿安全生产标准化这条主线;"3"是加强"三全管理",即:加强全员、全过程、全方位质量和安全管理;"4"是构建四大体系,安全精神文化体系、安全制度文化体系、安全行为文化体系、安全环境文化体系;"5"是推进"五精"管控方式。通过实施"1345"安全管控模式,实现了矿井安全生产的稳定运行。In order to strengthen the safety production management of coal mines,Jinjiaqu Coal Mine relies on the construction of smart mines,continuously strengthens the construction of coal mine safety culture,summarizes and refines the"1345"safety management and control mode,"1"is the main line around coal mine safety production standardization;"3"is to strengthen"three comprehensive management",which means strengthen the quality and safety management of all members,whole process and all round;"4"is to build four major systems,a safety spiritual culture system,a safety system culture system,a safety behavior culture system,and a safety environment culture system;"5"is to achieve"five fine"management and control way.Through the implementation of the"1345"safety management mode,the stable operation of mine safety production has been realized.
