摘  要:污水汽系统作为MTO生产工艺中重要的环保单元,其处理后的净化水不仅能够回用,同时能够有效降低外排水的COD,缓解污水处理系统的压力。MTO工艺中,污水汽提系统主要汽提不同单元的混合水。在运行过程中,由于含氧化合物的成分较为复杂,造成了污水汽提塔出现了堵塞、换热器结垢以及净化水COD超标现象。本文从MTO工艺污水汽提塔运行出现的问题进行具体分析,提出了优化措施,保证污水汽提系统的长周期稳定运行。Sewage steam system,as an important unit for environmental protection in MTO production process,the purified water after treatment not only can be reused,but also can effectively reduce the COD of the discharge water and relieve the pressure of the sewage treatment system.In MTO process,the mixed process water from different units is stripped in the sewage stripper system.During operation,since the complex composition of oxygen-containing compounds,it causes foul ant blockage in sewage stripper,scaling in heat exchangers and COD exceeding of purified water.In this paper,the problems arising from the operation of sewage stripper in MTO process are analyzed concretely,and the optimization measures are come up with to ensure the long-term stable operation for sewage stripper.
