对经尿道膀胱镜钬激光治疗小儿尿道瓣膜症的研究

摘　　要：目的研究经尿道膀胱镜钬激光治疗小儿尿道瓣膜症的效果。方法便利选择2005年7月—2017年7月到该医院就诊的小儿尿道瓣膜症患儿39例,分为对照组20例和观察组19例。对照组患儿采用经尿道镜电凝手术方法治疗,观察组患儿采用经尿道膀胱镜钬激光治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果,同时对比两组患儿的并发症。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为84.21%,对照组患儿的治疗总有效率为65.00%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.92,P<0.05)。观察组患儿的并发症发生率为5.26%,对照组患儿的并发症发生率为30.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=2.89,P<0.05)。结论在小儿尿道瓣膜症的治疗中,采用经尿道膀胱镜钬激光治疗的方法 ,能够提高治疗效果,同时减少并发症,效果十分理想。Objective To research the effect of transurethral cystoscope holmium laser in treatment of children with urethral valve disease.Methods 39 cases of children with urethral valve disease admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2005 to July 2017 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups,including 20 cases in the control group and 19 cases in the observation group,the control group were treated with transurethral electrocoagulation,while the observation group were treated with transurethral cystoscope holmium laser,and the complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 84.21%and 65.00%,and the difference was obvious(χ^2=3.92,P<0.05),and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 5.26%and 30.00%,and the difference was obvious(χ^2=2.89,P<0.05).Conclusion The transurethral cystoscope holmium laser in treatment of children with urethral valve disease can improve the treatment effect and reduce the complications,and the effect is very ideal.
