摘　　要：以废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)为基本原料,配以丙烯酸酯类单体,以过氧化二苯甲酰和N,N-二甲基苯胺为氧化-还原引发体系,制备一种适用于木器底漆的无溶剂涂料。研究了EPS用量和引发体系用量对体系施工性能的影响、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯比例及交联单体(三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯)用量对体系的硬度、附着力和耐溶剂性能的影响。结果表明,w(EPS)=20%,w(引发体系)=6%,单体m(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)∶m(丙烯酸丁酯)=2∶1,w(三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯)=7.0%,制备的无溶剂涂料表干时间适中,硬度、耐溶剂及附着力性能优异。This article uses expanded polystyrene(EPS)as the basic raw material,with acrylate monomer,dibenzoyl peroxide and N,N-dimethylaniline as oxidation-reducing the initiation system to prepare a solventless coating suitable for wood primers.The effects of EPS dosage and initiator system on the construction performance of the system were studied.The ratio of methyl methacrylate(MMA)and butyl acrylate(BA)and the amount of crosslinking monomer(trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA))on the hardness,adhesion and solvent resistance of the system were studied.The results showed that the amount of EPS was 20%,the amount of initiator system was 6% by weight,the monomer m(MMA)∶m(BA)=2∶1,and the amount of TMPTA was 7.0%,the solvent-free coating was prepared and showed excellent performance in hardness,solvent resistance and adhesion.
