摘　　要：社会科学成果转化是由多要素构成及相互影响的复杂系统。文章以社会科学成果转化系统影响因素为研究对象,运用解释结构模型对社会科学成果转化系统影响因素进行分析,从而确定影响因素之间的层次和影响关系;运用交叉影响矩阵相乘分析法,进而识别系统中各因素的驱动力和依赖性。通过分析得出:社会科学成果转化系统影响因素分布于6个层次,社科成果转化法治化、社科成果转化政策系统性、社科成果转化收益特性、社科成果转化政策配套、社科成果转化的评估激励居于结构模型的第3、4、5、6层级,这些因素是影响社会科学成果转化系统的基础因素,是影响因素改进和管理的重点对象。The transformation of social science achievements is a complex system composed of multiple elements and interact.ing with each other.Taking the influencing factors of social science achievements transformation system as the research object, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of social science achievements transformation system by applying the interpretation structural modeling,so as to determine the level and influential relationship between the influencing factors,and then uses the cross-impact matrix multiplication analysis method to identify the driving forces and the dependencies of each factor in the system.Through the analysis,the paper concludes that the influencing factors of social science achievements transformation system are distributed in six levels:the legalization of social science achievements transformation,the systematization of poli.cies of social science achievements transformation,the characteristics of benefits of social science achievements transforma.tion,the matching of policies of social science achievements transformation and the evaluation incentives of social science achievements transformation rank in the third,fourth,fifth and sixth levels of the structural model.These factors are the basic factors that affect the transformation system of social science achievements and the focus of improvement and management of influencing factors.
