摘  要:采用自制水溶性湿摩擦牢度提升剂FY-208处理深色织物来提高染色织物的耐摩擦性。通过探讨确定了浸轧法处理染色织物的最佳工艺:湿摩擦牢度提升剂30 g/L,pH 5~6,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间120 s。处理后织物的耐摩擦色牢度明显提高,并且对织物色光、吸水性有一定改善,而对织物的其他色牢度以及物理性能影响不大。The deep color fabric was treated with self-made waterborne improver FY-208 for wet rub?bing fastness.The optimum process of dyed fabrics treated by dip-rolling method was determined as follows:wet rubbing fastness improver 30 g/L,pH=5~6,baking temperature 160℃and baking time 120 s.The results showed that after treatment,the color fastness to rubbing of the fabrics was obviously improved,and the col ored light and water absorption of the fabrics were improved to a certain extent,while the other color fast ness and physical properties of the fabrics were not affected.
