棉织物阻燃整理中的强力保护研究

摘　　要：棉纤维由于柔软、透气等特性,是应用最为广泛的天然纤维素纤维,对其进行阻燃整理的工艺也因此备受关注,但棉织物经过阻燃整理后有严重的脆损,撕破强力下降,导致实用性降低。纤维强力保护剂和柔软剂能有效改善阻燃整理后织物的强力损伤。选择不同结构的纤维强力保护剂SVN-01、6188和柔软剂DM-3110、T-618加入到阻燃整理液中,4种助剂都有提升强力的作用,除6188外对棉织物的阻燃性能影响不大。Cotton had been widely used due to its softness,breathability and wearing comfort properties,thus its flame retardant finishing was of great significance.The tearing strength of cotton fabric decrease obvi ously after the flame retardant finishing,which result in decrease of practicability.Fiber strength protector and softener could effectively improve the strength damage of flame retardant fabrics.Four additives,fiber strength protectors SVN-01,6188 and softeners DM-3110 and T-618 with different structure,were added to the flame retardant finishing solution.All four additives could enhance the strength of cotton fabric,and had lit tle effect on the flame retardant properties of cotton fabric except 6188.
