摘 要:在双(3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-十三氟辛基)衣康酸酯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯乳液共聚过程中引入乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷单体改性,所得共聚物具有较强的交联反应性。产物应用于棉织物整理后,对水接触角达136.0°,拒水性为90分。以扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征纤维表面共聚物膜在织物水洗不同次数后的形貌结构和元素分布,研究了共聚物结构与整理耐久性的关系。结果表明,共聚时加入反应性交联单体,拒水整理耐久性改善,当乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷用量为2.0%(对单体总质量)时,整理棉织物经35次标准水洗后,对水接触角仍保持有124.1°。The copolymerization of bis(perfluoroctyl)itaconic ester with methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate and hydroxyethyl methacrylate was modified by vinyl triethoxy silane monomer,and the copolymers obtained had strong cross-linking reactivity.When the product was applied in cotton finishing,the water contact angle reached 136.0°and the water repellency was 90.The morphology,structure and element distribution of copolymer membranes on the surface of fibers after different times of washing were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The relationship between copolymer structure and finishing durability was studied.The results showed that the durability of water-repellent finishing was improved by adding reactive cross-linked monomers.When the amount of vinyltriethoxysilane was 2.0%(to the total mass of monomers),the water contact angle of finished cotton fabric remained 124.1°after 35 times of standard washing.
