农业产业化联合体发展:三产融合视角——来自GS粮食产业化联合体的案例分析

摘　　要：农业产业化联合体作为一种新的农业产业组织模式,以其规范化的制度管理体系、合理化的分工协作机制、兼容的利益联结机制成为推动乡村振兴的重要举措和实现小农与现代农业衔接的有效形式。文章以GS粮食产业化联合体为例,对农业产业化联合体运行情况进行介绍,针对农业生产的高风险性影响到联合体的运行稳定性、过度的支持政策弱化联合体发展能力、联合体各成员协同发展能力不足、联合体带动农户增收能力有限等问题,需要通过提高农业风险抵御能力、强化对农业产业化联合体的监督引导、促进农业产业化联合体各方协同发展、增强农业产业化联合体带动农户增收能力等举措推动农业产业化联合体稳健发展。As a new mode of agricultural industry organization,agricultural industrialization consortium has become an important measure to promote rural revitalization and an effective form of linking small farmers with modern agriculture with its standardized system management system,rationalized division of labor and cooperation mechanism,and compatible interest linking mechanism.Taking GS food industrialization union as an example,this paper introduces the operation of the agricultural industrialization consortium.Aiming at the problems of high risk of agricultural production affecting the operation stability of the Consortium,excessive support policies weakening the development ability of the consortium,insufficient synergistic development ability of the members of the consortium,and the limited ability of the consortium to promote farmers'income,it is necessary to promote the steady development of the agricultural industrialization consortium by improving the ability of resisting agricultural risks,strengthening the supervision and guidance of the agricultural industrialization consortium,promoting the coordinated development of all parties in the agricultural industrialization consortium,and enhancing the ability of the agricultural industrialization consortium to drive farmers to increase their income.
