摘　　要：本报告运用现代经济分析方法分析了2018年中国煤炭产业经济形势,认为总体上延续了基本平稳态势,但与上一年度相比已发生变化,景气度明显趋弱,但降幅有所收敛。预期2019年,若不出现意外,景气度将呈现温和调整、缓慢下行、先抑后扬、相对平稳、稳中向好的态势。建议立足于世界经济处在百年未有之大变局,国民经济中深层次问题尚待解决,产业经济结构矛盾突出这一时代背景,坚定信心,审时度势,继续坚持稳中求进的工作总基调,坚持以供给侧结构性改革为主线,坚持"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"新发展观念,坚持高质量发展的战略目标,以优异成绩向新中国成立七十周年华诞献礼。The report analyzes the economic situation of China’s coal industry by modern economic analysis methods.It shows that the 2018 economic situation of China’s coal industry is stably in general.However,the annual prosperity of coal industry has obviously weakened compared with the previous year,but the decline has converged.It is expected that the prosperity will show a moderate adjustment with slow down first and then rising and the situation of China’s coal industry will maintain stable and improving in 2019 without accident.It suggests that coal industry should strengthen confidence for growing under the background of great changes of world economy and with crux of the Chinese economy as well as coal industry.It should be continue to adhere supply-side structural reforming and combine development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.Coal industry should establish a strategic goal of high-quality development and dedicated to the 70 th anniversary of the founding of New China with outstanding achievements.
