摘  要:为了提高赵庄选煤厂压滤机的处理能力,对压滤入料进行了分析,并通过添加助滤剂的方法来提高煤泥压滤速度。实验室抽滤试验结果表明,随着各助滤剂用量的增加,过滤的速度逐渐加快,其中FM-1与聚合氯化铝这2种药剂的助滤效果最好。通过对不同FM-1药剂用量下的絮凝体进行分形维数分析,寻找到的最佳的药剂用量与验室抽滤试验结果相一致。最终的工业试验结果表明,FM-1药剂具有较好的助滤效果,能将压滤机上料时间从不加药的643s减少到430s,而且其用量约为聚合氯化铝用量的1/6,大幅度降低了药剂添加环节的工作量,因此可选用FM-1作为该厂的助滤剂。In order to improve processing capacity of the press filter in Zhaozhuang coal preparation plant,the authors analyzed filter pressing feeding process,and improve coal slime filter pressing speed by adding filter aid.The suction filtration experimental results showed that the filtration speed increased with the increased of the amount of each filter aid.FM-1and polyaluminum chloride had best filtration effect.According to conducted fractal dimension analysis of flocculating constituent in FM-1different dosage,the optimal dosage of FM-1was consistent with the results of the laboratory filtration test.The final industrial test results showed that the FM-1agent had better filtration effect,reduced the feeding time of the filter press from643s to430s,and the dosage was about1/6of the amount of polyaluminum chloride,which greatly reduced the workload of adding process,thus FM-1agent was selected as the best filter aid in the plant.
