益气疏肝清化瘀毒法联合西药治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究分析慢性丙型肝炎应用益气疏肝清化瘀毒法与西药联合治疗所获取的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年3月～2016年5月接受慢性丙型肝炎治疗的患者68例,依据随机数字表法分为治疗组与参照组,每组均为34例,参照组接受聚乙二醇干扰素与利巴韦林联合治疗,治疗组同时加用益气疏肝、清化瘀毒法为组方的中药治疗,并对两组患者进行为期6个月的随访,对两组获取的临床治疗效果实施对比分析。结果治疗后,观察组的临床治疗有效率高于参照组;两组患者血清中L-选择素(L-selectin)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子(sICAM-1)以及免疫调节因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等炎性因子水平均有所下降,而治疗组水平改善优于参照组;治疗组治疗后的总胆红素(TB)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及谷草转氨酶(AST)低于参照组,总蛋白(TP)高于参照组。且上述两组间各指标值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将益气疏肝清化瘀毒法与西药联合治疗慢性丙型肝炎,可有效改善患者的肝功能,抗病毒疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of invigorating qi,soothing liver and removing blood stasis method combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic hepatitis C.Methods 68 patients with chronic hepatitis C who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2016 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into the treatment group and the reference group,with 34 cases in each group.The reference group was treated by pegylated interferon combined with ribavirin while the treatment group was also treated with invigorating qi,soothing liver and removing blood stasis as the prescription for traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The two groups were followed up for 6 months.The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group.After treatment,serum L-selectin,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule(sICAM)-1)and immunoregulatory factors such as interleukin-6(IL-6)and other inflammatory factors of two groups were decreased while the improvement in the treatment group was better than the reference group.After treatment,total bilirubin(TB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)of the treatment group were lower than those of the reference group,while total protein(TP)was higher than that of the reference group.In addition,there were statistically significant differences in the index values between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Invigorating qi,soothing liver and removing blood stasis method combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic hepatitis C can effectively improve liver function of patients.It has significant antiviral effects.
