中西医结合治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月～2017年12月在我院接受治疗的ⅢB型患者132例,随机分为对照组及观察组,两组患者均经由针灸及中药保留灌肠进行治疗,对照组联用左氧氟沙星,观察组联用特拉唑嗪进行治疗,两组均持续治疗60d,分析治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率92.42%(61/66)显著高于对照组的80.30%(53/66)(P <0.05);观察组前列腺液尿酸水平(UA)、pH值、平均尿流量(AFR)及最大尿流量(MFR)均显著低于对照组及治疗前(P <0.05);观察组中医证候积分及NIH-CPSI积分均显著低于对照组治疗前(P <0.05)。结论特拉唑嗪结合中医治疗措施用于ⅢB型前列腺炎的治疗可获得良好的临床效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treatment ofⅢB prostatitis.Methods One hundred and thirty-two patients withⅢB prostatitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in two groups were all treated with acupuncture and retention enema by Chinese herbal medicine.The control group was also given levofloxacin while the observation group was also given terazosin.Two groups received continuous treatment for 60 days,and the curative effects were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.42%(61/66),significantly higher than that in the control group 80.30%(53/66)(P<0.05).The uric acid level(UA),pH value,average flow rate(AFR)and maximum flow rate(MFR)of the prostatic fluid in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores and NIH-CPSI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Terazosin combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment for the treatment ofⅢB prostatitis can obtain good clinical effects.
