外科门诊换药患者的心理护理方法和效果

摘　　要：目的研究外科门诊换药患者的心理护理方法和效果。方法根据随机数字表法将2015年1月～2017年12月期间本院外科门诊接收的换药患者84例分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组、观察组分别采取常规护理、加用心理护理。对两组换药患者的心理情绪、疼痛评分、切口愈合情况、护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组换药患者干预后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、疼痛评分均低于对照组数据(P <0.05),切口愈合率同对照组相比差异无统计学意义,切口愈合时间短于对照组(P <0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对门诊外科换药患者实施心理护理,能够促进其不良心理情绪的改善和疼痛缓解,提高换药效果和护理满意度。Objective To study the method and effect of psychological nursing for patients with dressing change in outpatient department of surgery.Methods According to the random nursing table method,84 patients with dressing change who were admitted to outpatient department of surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given routine nursing and psychological nursing.The psychological mood,pain score,wound healing and nursing satisfaction of patients with dressing change in two groups were compared.Results The scores of anxiety,depression and pain of patients with dressing change in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in wound healing rate between the observation group and the control group.The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients with dressing change in outpatient department of surgery can improve the bad psychological emotion,relieve the pain and improve the effect of dressing change and the satisfaction of nursing.
