摘　　要：目的探讨对比剂注射个体化在头颈部CTA扫描中的应用价值。方法选择2016年8月～2017年1月期间在我院CT室进行头颈部CTA检查80例患者,随机分成两组。实施定量注射的作为定量组,采用个体化对比机注射的为个体化组,统计两组对比剂的用量和比较三条动脉CT值、及图像质量,分析对比剂注射个体化方案的可行性。结果对比剂注射个体化方法能显著降低头臂静脉伪影。提高颈动脉和椎动脉起始段的显示,两组间差异有统计学意义,个体化组动脉强化更加接近370HU。结论对比剂注射个体化方案在头颈部CTA中具有良好的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of contrast medium injection individualization in head and neck CTA scanning.Methods 80 patients who underwent head and neck CTA examination in CT room of our hospital from August 2016 to January 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups.Patients who were given quantitative injection were set as the quantitative group while patients who were given individualized contrast medium injection were set as the individualized group.The dosage of contrast medium in the two groups was counted.CT values of the three arteries and the image quality were compared,and the feasibility of the individualized plan of contrast medium injection was analyzed.Results Contrast medium injection individualization can significantly reduce the artifacts of brachiocephalic vein.The improvement of the initial segment of carotid artery and vertebral artery showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the arterial strengthening of the individualized group was closer to 370HU.Conclusion Contrast medium injection individualization has good application value in head and neck CTA.
