摘  要:目前煤矿井下采掘设备自动化水平发展迅速,煤矿采掘设备漏电保护的可靠性问题显的越来越重要。论文中介绍了附加直流电源检测对地绝缘电阻的原理与保护方法,以及高线性模拟光电耦合器的工作原理,在此基础上提出了一种附加直流电源并可检测对地绝缘的漏电保护电路。实际测试结果表明该附加直流电源检测电路测量准确,克服传统煤矿采掘设备电气控制系统漏电闭锁保护无法检测阻值的缺点。At present,the automation level of underground coal mining equipment is developing rapidly,and the reliability problem of leakage protection of coal mining equipment is becoming more and more important.This paper introduces the principle and protection method of additional DC power supply to detect ground insulation resistance,and high linear analog optocoupler.Based on this principle,an additional DC power supply can be proposed and the leakage protection circuit for ground insulation can be detected.The actual test results show that the additional DC power supply detection circuit is accurate and overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional coal mining equipment electrical control system leakage lock protection can not detect the resistance value.
