摘　　要：2012年后中美日三角关系出现深刻变化,中国崛起及其外溢效应成为推动亚太形势发展的首要自变量,美国"亚太再平衡战略"进入深化调整期,日本战略自主性开始显现。2017年以来,"中日关系改善背景下的中美关系"与"中美贸易摩擦背景下的中日关系"交织叠加,相互作用,衍生出复杂多重的"三角意涵",中美日关系进入新一轮战略活跃期。中日关系改善扩大了两国战略转圜空间,缓解了三角严重失衡态势,也为中国外交强化多边视野提供了新契机,为深入认知"大国"与"周边"内在逻辑关联、精准把握中美日三角及其外部平衡变量、在复杂严峻的国际局势下赢得多边战略博弈创造了新机遇。Profound changes have taken place in China-U.S.-Japan triangle since the time around the year of 2012,with China’s rise and the expansion of its influence as a major and independent variable promoting changes in Asia-Pacific region,the adjustment and further implementation of U.S“pivot in Asia Pacific”,as well as Japan’s newly emerging strategic initiatives.Since 2017,changes of both the Sino-U.S.relations,in the context of the recovery of Sino-Japanese relations,and the Sino-Japanese relations,in the context of rising China-U.S.trade friction,have intertwined and interacted with each other,producing a new and complicated concept of“triangle”.The China-U.S.-Japan triangle has entered a new stage of strategic activeness.The recovery of Sino-Japanese relations has expanded strategic space for both sides and relaxed the unbalancing situation within the triangle,demanding a more multilateral perspective of China’s diplomacy and providing a new opportunity for China to gain advantage in regional and multilateral gaming,throughout deepening the understanding of logics relating to great powers and neighboring countries and well balancing the China-U.S.-Japan triangle and other external variables.
