摘 要:鉴于工程应用中未考虑接地线与断路器、隔离开关间的防误逻辑,导致电力系统内发生多起带接地线合闸的恶性误操作事故问题,设计一种基于无线传输技术的接地线防误装置,解决接地线与断路器、隔离开关闭锁逻辑问题。介绍该装置的总体设计方案、主机和从机的实现原理和软件设计流程。在变电站220kV隔离开关上的应用结果证明,在装设接地线时,该装置能有效闭锁隔离开关,完善接地线防误闭锁逻辑。As the locking logic among grounding line,disconnector and circuit-breaker in practical application is not considered,which has caused several serious operational errors of grounding lines in power systems.A grounding line locking device which based on wireless transmission was proposed.The overall design of the grounding line locking device,the host and the slave computer were introduced and the flow chart was designed.The device was applied to isolation switch of 220kV substation system.The results proved that while installing grounding line,the grounding line locking device could lock the disconnector successfully and the locking logic was improved.
