摘  要:采用单螺杆挤出机制备出了微球发泡热塑性动态全硫化橡胶(TPV),研究了微球发泡剂及其用量、挤出机温度和螺杆转速对挤出微球发泡TPV性能的影响。结果表明,在挤出温度为195℃条件下,当微球发泡剂FP608用量为1.5份、螺杆转速为160r/min时,制备出的微发泡TPV具有较优挤出外观和综合力学性能;微球发泡TPV在110℃、1 000h和135℃、168h热空气老化结果表明,微球发泡TPV复合材料具有优异的耐热空气老化性能,其邵尔A硬度变化仅为2,拉伸强度保持率分别高达93.5%和95.7%,断裂伸长保持率分别为80.8%和85.9%,而老化后TPV复合材料的L方向和T方向的尺寸收缩率均小于1.0%;淬断断面研究发现,螺杆转速为160r/min时,微发泡剂形成的泡孔较大且分布较均匀,微球发泡剂与基材TPV间的相容性较好,界面较模糊,微发泡TPV复合材料具有较优的挤出外观和综合物理机械性能。Micro-foamed thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)material was prepared by single screw extruder using expandable microsphere as physical blowing agent.The effects of expandable microsphere foaming agent and its dosage,extruder temperature and screw speed on the properties of microspheres foamed TPV were studied.The results showed that the micro-foamed TPV composites had excellent extrusion appearance and comprehensive mechanical properties,when using FP608 1.5phr,the extrusion temperature was 195 ℃,and the screw rotation speed was 160 r/min.The hot air aging results of 110 ℃×1 000 h and 135 ℃×168 h indicated that the microsphere foamed TPV composites had excellent heat aging properties.The hardness change was only 2,the tensile strength retention rate was as high as 93.5% and 95.7%,and the elongation at break retention was 80.8% and 85.9%,respectively compared with the TPV performance before aging.The dimensional shrinkages of the microsphere foamed TPV composites in the L direction and the T direction after aging were less than 1.0%.SEM of quenching section studies showed that when the screw rotation speed was 160 r/min,the microbubble forming agent had larger cell size and uniform distribution,and the compatibility between the expanded microsphere foaming agent and the substrate TPV was better,and the micro-foamed TPV composite material had a superior extrusion appearance and comprehensive physical and mechanical properties.
