摘　　要：研究了环保型充油丁苯橡胶SBR1763的生胶、混炼胶及硫化胶性能,并与国内同类产品进行了对比分析。结果表明,两种胶样生胶性能基本相当;混炼胶混炼特性基本相当,吉林石化公司SBR1763焦烧时间长,具有较好的加工安全性,正硫化时间短,硫化特性较好;硫化胶性能无显著差异。Properties of raw rubber,compound and vulcanizate which were made of SBR1763 were investigated.And the properties were compared with domestic similar products.The results showed that the properties of both raw rubbers are identical basically and properties of both compounds are identical basically.Burnt time of the sample which is produced in Jilin is longer.The product which is produced in Jilin has better processing safety,shorter curing-time,better vulcanization characteristics.Properties of both vulcanizates are identical basically.
