摘 要:超纤革贴面使用离型纸转移的方法,真皮涂饰使用水性喷涂,在表面效果和环保方面,真皮效果较好,本文针对二者的不同进行应用研究,将皮革涂饰工艺和干法贴面工艺分别在改性基布与未改性基布的应用,四种工艺进行对比,通过手感、透气、透湿等卫生性能的对比,以及剥离强度,撕裂强度、断裂伸长率等力学强度的区别,系统的分析涂饰工艺在超纤革中应用的效果,实验表明涂饰工艺在卫生性能方面优于干法贴面,在物性强度方面可达标,涂饰工艺可在超纤革中应用。The method of using off-type paper transfer for microfiber leather and waterborne spraying for leather coating is used.In terms of surface effect and environmental protection,the leather effect is better.This paper studies the difference between the two.The application of leather coating technology and dry coating technology in modified base cloth and unmodified base cloth,respectively,were compared between the four processes,and the difference in hygienic properties such as hand feel,breathability,and moisture permeability was used,as well as the stripping strength.The difference of mechanical strength such as tear strength and fracture elongation,and the effect of the systematic analysis of the application of the coating technology in microfiber leather,the experiment shows that the coating technology is superior to the dry coating in terms of sanitary performance,and it can meet the standards in terms of physical strength.The coating technology can be applied in microfiber leather.
