摘　　要：民族地区企业社会责任、企业技术创新与竞争优势的关系研究越来越受到学术界的重视。本文构建民族地区企业社会责任、企业技术创新与竞争优势的关系模型,厘清民族地区企业在资源有限情况下如何增强技术创新能力、提高竞争优势,并且探究在技术创新对竞争优势的影响下,企业社会责任所起的作用。研究结果表明:技术创新对竞争优势有显著的正向影响;货币资本层责任、人力资本层责任、社会资本层责任在技术创新与竞争优势关系中起到显著正向的调节效用,其中人力资本层责任在技术创新与竞争优势关系中的正向调节效用高于货币资本层责任和社会资本层责任的调节作用。民族地区企业应加大技术创新投入的力度,吸引高素质人才,走绿色生态治理创新之路。Research on the relationship between corporate social responsibility,technological innovation and competitive advantage in ethnic areas has received increasing attention from the academic community.This study builds a model of the relationship between corporate social responsibility,technological innovation and competitive advantage in ethnic areas,clarifies how enterprises in ethnic areas enhance their technological innovation ability and enhance their competitive advantage under the condition of limited resources,and explores the role of corporate social responsibility under the influence of technological innovation on competitive advantage.The research results show that technological innovation has a significant positive impact on competitive advantage;monetary capital account responsibility,human capital layer responsibility,and social capital account responsibility play a significant positive role in the relationship between technological innovation and competitive advantage,among which the human capital plays the highest positive regulation effect in the relationship between technological innovation and competitive advantage.Enterprises in ethnic areas should increase the intensity of investment in technological innovation,attract high-quality talents,and take the road of green ecological governance innovation.
