摘　　要：目的对比康复新液棉片鼓膜贴补法与传统葱皮鼓膜贴补法对外伤性鼓膜穿孔愈合的影响,观察康复新对外伤性鼓膜穿孔愈合的促进作用。方法将94例外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者随机分成治疗组及对照组。对照组:用葱皮按传统方法贴补鼓膜。治疗组:用康复新液浸润之棉片贴补鼓膜.观察两组病例鼓膜穿孔愈合情况。结果治疗组60例全部愈合,穿孔愈合率为100%,平均愈合时间8 d.对照组34例中有20例愈合,14例未愈合,愈合率59%,平均愈合时间24 d;康复新液棉片贴补法治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔较传统葱皮贴补法愈合时间显著缩短,愈合率明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔疗效显著。Objective Kangfuxin liquid cotton piece tympanic membrane sticking and traditional onion skin sticking were two different treatment Methods,which affected the healing of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation,We compared the different effects of the two Methods to study the promoting of Kangfuxin liquid on the healing of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation.Methods 94 cases of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Control group:we sticked tympanic membrane with onion skin,and with Kangfuxin liquid cotton pieces in the treatment group.All cases were observed the healing of tympanic membrane perforation.Results In the Kangfuxin liquid group(60 cases),all cases(100%)were healed,with an average healing time of 8 days.of the 34 cases in the traditional onion skin sticking group,20 cases(59%)were healed,and 14 cases failed,with an average healing time of 24 days.The healing time of tympanic membrane perforation in the Kangfuxin group was significantly shorter than in the onion skin sticking group,showing statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the healing rates in the two groups were also significantly different.The Kangfuxin group had a higher healing rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Kangfuxin treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation was significant.
