摘　　要：中华文化的起源,不是起于文字,不是起于儒家、道家,而是起源于远古时期的天文历法。天文中最重要、最根本的因素是太阳。文字之前的天文历法,最重要、最根本的是太阳。研究彝族十月太阳历,得出的结论是:彝医的基础理论出自十月太阳历。太阳历是阴阳、五行、天干、地支等理论的发源地。十月太阳历和十二太阳历的文化意义与历史功绩就在于:能够合理地、完美地解释阴阳五行、天干地支等核心理论的出处。追根溯源,太阳历演化出了彝族文化、彝医文化的重要内容,并在此基础上构建起一套自成体系的理论和由此基础上产生的彝医临床各科学说。The origin of Chinese culture does not originate from words,but from Confucianism,Taoism and the ancient astronomical calendar.The most important and fundamental factor in astronomy is the sun.The most important and fundamental thing about the astronomical calendar before the text is the sun.By studying the October solar calendar of the Yi people,this paper draws a conclusion that the basic theory of the doctor is from the October solar calendar.The solar calendar is the birthplace of theories such as yin and yang,five elements,heaven and earth.The cultural significance and historical merits of the October solar calendar and the twelve solar calendars are:the rational and perfect interpretation of the origins of the core theories such as the yin and yang five elements and the heavens and the earth.Tracing back to the source,important parts of the Yi culture and the medical culture evolved from the solar calendar,and on this basis,it constructs a set of self-contained theory and the scientific theory of the clinical medicine produced on this basis.
