摘 要:高频谐振丙类功率放大器是高频电路中非常重要的功能电路之一。该电路的工作状态有欠压、过压和临界三种。电路的工作状态除了受三极管参数影响外,还受到了电路中其他各元件参数的影响。本文根据高频谐振丙类功率放大器的要求,设计了一个高频功率放大电路,并利用Multisim 13. 0软件进行仿真实验。实验获得了大量的数据和图形,根据这些实验结果,结合高频功率放大器的工作原理,阐述了随着电路中各元件参数的变化,电路的工作状态、集电极电流和负载电压等参数的变化过程。High frequency resonance class C power amplifier is one of very important functional circuit of high frequency circuits.This class C power amplifier,are usually divided into three working states:under-voltage,over-voltage or critical state.The working state of the circuit is affected not only by the parameters of the triode but also by the parameters of other components in the circuit.According to the requirements of high frequency resonance class C power amplifier,a power amplifier was designed in this paper.The simulation experiments of the amplifier were performed with Multisim 13.0 software.Lots of data and charts were obtained in the experiments.According to these results and the working principle of high frequency resonance class C power amplifier,this paper expounds the change process of parameters,such as the work condition of the circuit,collector current and load voltage with the change of parameters of the circuit components.
