我国大陆中医医院等级评审与台湾地区医院评审比较分析

摘　　要：从评审机构、评审流程、评审标准、评审员、评审结果5个方面,比较分析了我国大陆中医医院等级评审与台湾地区医院评审的异同,结合大陆中医医院自身发展的特点及中医院评审的发展提出了建立相关机制,及时公布医院评审的结果信息,促进中医医院发展并提高公众满意度;借鉴我国台湾地区第三方评鉴经验,促进中医医院评审不断发展;促进中医医院评价常态化,形成提高中医医院医疗质量的长效机制等建议,为中医医院评审及其进一步的完善提供参考。This study compared and analyzed the similarities and differences of hospital accreditation between Chinese medicine hospital in China's Mainland and Taiwan hospital from five aspects,namely,the organizations,the processes,the criteria,the judges and the accreditation results.Combining the characteristics of Chinese medicine hospital's development and the development of Chinese medicine hospital accreditation,this paper proposed the fo-llowing suggestions:①to establish relevant mechanisms to promptly publish the results of hospital accreditation information,promote the development of Chinese medicine hospitals and improve public satisfaction;②to learn from Taiwan's accreditation experience and promote the continuous development of Chinese medicine hospital accredita-tion;③to promote the normalization of evaluation of Chinese medicine hospitals and improve medical quality of Chinese medicine hospitals by forming a long-term mechanism.These suggestions were meant to provide a reference for Chinese medicine hospital accreditation and its further improvement.
