社区高血压合并糖尿病患者血压、血糖控制状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨社区高血压合并糖尿病患者血压、血糖的监测指标及控制情况,并分析其影响因素。方法采用群体随机抽样的方法,在社区健康管理部门登记的高血压合并糖尿病患者中,随机选取672名患者进行问卷调查,同时对患者的血压、血糖及相关生化检查结果进行χ^(2 )检验及Logisitic分析。结果单因素分析显示,生活方式、规律运动、高盐高脂饮食、是否遵医嘱方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);多因素Logisitic回归分析显示,低盐低脂饮食和严格控制血糖检测时间有利于社区老年人血压、血糖的控制,规律运动、遵医嘱和受教育程度也在一定程度上发挥作用。结论社区老年高血压合并高血糖患者血压、血糖的控制受多种因素的影响,应重点加强对高危因素的控制。Objective To investigate the monitoring index and control situation of blood pressure and blood sugar in elderly hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus in community,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods With the method of group random sampling,800 patients were randomly selected from the elderly hypertension complicated with diabetes registered in the community health management department for a questionnaire survey.Meanwhile,chi-square test and Logisitic regression analysis were carried out on the blood pressure and blood pressure of the patients and the related biochemical examination results.Results High salt and high fat diet and compliance with medical advice were significant factors affecting blood pressure in the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in the community(P﹤0.001).The results showed that the diet and compliance value in the elderly affected the blood pressure and blood glucose level of the elderly,and the multivariate Logisitic regression analysis indicated low salt and low fat diet and strict control.Blood glucose detection time was conducive to the control of blood pressure and blood sugar in the elderly in the community.Regular exercise,doctor's advice and education level also played certain roles.Conclusion The control of blood pressure and blood sugar in elderly patients with hypertension and hyperglycemia is influenced by many factors.
