摘  要:利用不同方法制备了Cu负载OMS-2分子筛材料,并测试其催化氧化甲苯的性能,发现催化活性表现为:OMS-2> Cu/OMS-2(离子交换法)> Cu/OMS-2(前处理法)。其中OMS-2具有最好的催化性能,T90%(甲苯转化率为90%时的催化氧化温度)为225℃。由材料表征结果分析可知,Cu的加入减少了OMS-2催化剂表面Mn3+/Mn4+电子对的数量,降低了催化剂的还原性和表面氧移动性,导致Cu/OMS-2催化性能相比OMS-2有所降低。Cu/OMS-2 catalysts were prepared with different methods,and their catalytic performance was investigated for the oxidation of toluene.The catalytic activity was revealed as sequence below:OMS-2 >Cu/OMS-2(ion exchange method) >Cu/OMS-2(pretreatment method).It was found that OMS-2 had best catalytic performance;it achieved 90%toluene conversion at 225℃due to the better reducibility.The material characterization results showed the addition of Cu reduced the Mn^3+/Mn^4+electron pairs on the surface of OMS-2 catalyst,it reduced the reducibility and oxygen mobility on the surface of OMS-2 catalyst,which led to the decrease of catalytic performance of Cu/OMS-2 compared with OMS-2.
