摘 要:目的:设计一种数字式微步进分度输液泵系统,以实现输液泵的临床输液速度及输液量精确控制。方法:构建数字式微步进分度输液系统,采用AT89S52单片机为控制核心,应用高可控步进电机和高精度测量传感器等方法,实现输液速度及输液量控制,提高临床输注的精确性及稳定性。结果:数字式微步进分度输液泵系统实现了操作便捷、运行稳定性强,适用于户外、灾害、急救等特殊场合,能够监测输液时出现的阻塞、气泡、空液等异常情况,并发出声光报警;降低临床护理工作强度,提高操作的精确性和安全性。结论:数字式微步进分度输液泵的设计,克服了传统输液泵输注期间难以移动的缺点,增强输液泵在户外、灾害、急救等特殊条件下的适应性。Objective:To design a digital micro-stepping dividing infusion pump system so as to realize accuracy control for clinical infusion speed and infusion volume.Methods:The constructed digital micro-stepping dividing infusion system used AT89S52 single chip microcomputer as control core,and high-controllable stepping motor and high-precision measuring sensor were adopted to realized the control for infusion speed and infusion volume,and to enhance accuracy and stability of clinical infusion.Results:The digital micro-stepping dividing infusion pump system has realized series of advantages included convenient operation,strong stability in running,and it could be widely used in outdoor,disaster,emergency and other special scenes.At the same time,it could also monitor possibly abnormalities during the infusion process.Therefore,it could reduce the intensity of clinical nursing work and improve the accuracy and safety of operation.Conclusion:This design of digital micro-stepping dividing infusion pump can overcome the shortage of traditional infusion pump which is difficult to be moved during infusion,and can enhance the adaptability of infusion pump under special conditions such as outdoor,disaster,emergence and so on.It can play important effect in constructing a high-controllable intelligent infusion device and increasing efficiency of nursing work.And it can provide reference for the development and manufacturing of similar systems in the future.
