摘　　要：目的探讨自体鼻中隔软骨及自体耳软骨联合膨体隆鼻在鼻整形美容中的应用效果。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年3月收治的鼻整形患者94例以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组47例,对照组患者采用膨体隆鼻,观察组采用自体鼻中隔软骨及自体耳软骨联合膨体隆鼻,对两组鼻部形态、美学评分、患者满意度进行观察。结果两组术前的鼻部美学评分无明显差异(P> 0.05),观察组术后鼻部美学评分明显较对照组高(P <0.05);两组患者术后的鼻尖宽、鼻长、鼻尖角、小柱面角、鼻尖高度比较有明显差异(P <0.05);观察组患者满意度为95.74%,明显较对照组74.47%高(P <0.05)。结论自体鼻中隔软骨及自体耳软骨联合膨体隆鼻用于鼻整形中符合美学要求,优于单纯假体隆鼻,也能获得较高的患者满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of autologous nasal septal cartilage and autologous ear cartilage combined with expanded augmentation in rhinoplasty.Methods 94 cases of rhinoplasty patients admitted to our hospital from january 2016 to march 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group.in the control group,patients were treated with expanded rhinoplasty.The observation group used autologous nasal septal cartilage and autologous ear cartilage combined with expanded augmentation.the nasal morphology,aesthetic score,and patient satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the nose aesthetic score between the two groups before surgery(P >0.05).The postoperative nasal aesthetic score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in nasal tip width,nose length,nose tip angle,small cylinder angle and nose tip height between the two groups(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the observation group was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 74.47%(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous nasal septal cartilage and autologous ear cartilage combined with expanded rhinoplasty for rhinoplasty meet the aesthetic requirements,superior to the prosthetic rhinoplasty,can also achieve high satisfaction,it is worth promoting.
