点阵激光治疗皮肤老化的护理体会

摘　　要：目的研究点阵激光治疗皮肤老化的护理效果。方法选择我院于2017年7月至2018年7月收治的122皮肤老化患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行点阵激光治疗,所有患者均进行围术期全面护理。观察所有患者的治疗效果和护理效果,统计所有患者护理30天后的不良反应发生率,调查所有患者的护理满意度,比较所有患者护理前后的生活质量水平。结果 122例患者中治疗成功119例,其治疗成功率为97.5%。护理30天后所有患者发生不良反应4例,其不良反应发生率为3.6%,不良反应发生率非常低,对护理感到满意的总人数为115例,其护理满意度为94.3%,护理满意度比较高。患者护理前后的生活质量水平有显著差异,差异显著,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对进行点阵激光治疗的皮肤老化患者进行围术期全面护理,患者发生不良反应的几率比较低,保障了治疗效果,促进患者早日康复,且患者的护理满意度比较高,能显著改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the nursing effect of dot-matrix laser in the treatment of skin aging.Methods 122 patients with skin aging admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with dotmatrix laser therapy,and all patients were given comprehensive perioperative care.To observe the therapeutic effect and nursing effect of all patients,to count the incidence of adverse reactions after 30 days of nursing,to investigate the nursing satisfaction of all patients,and to compare the quality of life of all patients before and after nursing.Results 119 out of 122 patients were treated successfully,the success rate was 97.5%.After 30 days of nursing,4 patients had adverse reactions.The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.6%.The incidence of adverse reactions was very low.The total number of patients satisfied with nursing was 115.The nursing satisfaction rate was 94.3%.The nursing satisfaction rate was relatively high.The quality of life of patients before and after nursing had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall perioperative nursing of skin aging patients treated with lattice laser has a low incidence of adverse reactions,which guarantees the therapeutic effect and promotes the early recovery of patients.Moreover,the patients’nursing satisfaction is relatively high,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
