摘　　要：目的探讨操作技能直接观察评估考核在住院口腔医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择2017年3—7月住院口腔医师18名作为研究对象。所有医师均进行规范化培训,按照随机数字表法,将其分为对照组(n=9)和观察组(n=9)。对照组给予常规方法考核评估,观察组采用操作技能直接观察评估考核,比较两组规范化培训效果。结果两组培训前理论成绩、基础考核成绩及专科操作成绩水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组培训后理论成绩、基础考核成绩及专科操作成绩水平,均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将操作技能直接观察评估考核用于住院口腔医师规范化培训中效果理想,能准确的评估培训效果,发现考核中存在的不足。Objective To explore the effect of direct observation and assessment of operating skills in standardized training of resident dentists. Methods A total of 18 residents of stomatologists from March to July 2017 were selected as subjects.All of them received standardized training. They were randomly divided into control group (n=9) and observation group (n=9).The control group was assessed by routine methods,while the observation group was assessed by operation skills,and the effect of standardized training was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in theoretical achievement, basic examination achievement and specialized operation achievement before training (P>0.05).After training,the theoretical score,basic examination score and specialized operation score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of direct observation and assessment of operating skills in the standardized training of resident dentists is effective,and can accurately evaluate the training effect.
